April FUM Ministry of the Month – Field Staff

Staff members are hired by Friends United Meeting to coordinate and carry out the work of Friends in Africa, Belize, and Ramallah. These individuals, whom we call field staff, are currently expected to raise their own ministry expenses, which include all of their office, travel/vehicle, living, communication, and deputation expenses, plus their salaries. FUM Friends Celebrate the Holidays

Forty people attended the annual family “carve-in” at First Friends Church of Whittier, California, in October, transforming pumpkins into jack-o’-lanterns, enjoying homemade goodies, entertaining one another with improvised dramas and building a 300-piece jigsaw puzzle.
